At ktechs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your electronics purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your ktechs account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories that were included in the initial shipment.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking number for your records.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned electronics, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
